When you submit a property or otherwise contact Quan Pham (“we,” “us,” “our”), we may collect the following: your name, email address, phone number, brokerage affiliation, DRE license number, the property address and details, your role in the transaction, and any documents or files you upload (e.g., financials, offering memoranda, photos).

Information you submit is used solely for the purpose of evaluating acquisition opportunities, communicating with you about a potential transaction, conducting underwriting and feasibility analysis, and completing real estate transactions where applicable.

We may share information with our capital partners, lenders, attorneys, title and escrow companies, contractors, and other service providers strictly as needed to evaluate or close a transaction. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Documents you upload through the broker portal are treated as confidential and used only for evaluating the submitted property. Brokers represent that they have the right to share any uploaded materials.

We retain submission information for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate the opportunity and to comply with legal and tax requirements.

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect submitted information. No system is fully secure; please do not include sensitive personal data (e.g., social security numbers) in submissions unless specifically requested.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have submitted by emailing quan@qurealtysol.com.
